Some interesting links I came across and would like to share:
- Processing: Creative Coding and Computational Art
- A new book dedicated to the processing language, by Ira Greenberg. It’s a clean and detailed book for those of you desiring to really begin understanding all the concepts and knowledge of this new language. Don’t forget to check the sample chapter.
- Hampton Catlin in Rails Podcast
- An interview about its creation: HAML, about markup languages in general and other subjects.
- mofo – a ruby microformat parser
- A library for the ruby language than turns microformat’s parsing on websites as simples as:
require ‘mofo’
>> true
person = hCard.find ‘http://sergiosantos.info’
>> #<HCard:0×33bae18 @url=”http://sergiosantos.info”, @fn=”S\303\251rgio Santos”, @properties=[“email”, “url”, “fn”], @email=”me@sergiosantos.info”>
puts “Greetings #{person.fn}”
>> Greetings Sérgio Santos
