LJUrban is a team dedicated to the creation of housing projects for the city of Sacramento. Their beliefs on a Eco-Urban Community where an urban life coexists with the needs of Nature. Their focus on conscientious design enabled them to idealize projects like this neighborhood, based on the diversity of cultures and lifestyles of the future residents. Other projects like a Gallery and a Community Garden emphasizes their concern of creating a local community.

Their awareness not only on global concerns but also on all the factors that increase the happiness and the sense of belong and commitment to a community is something very valuable. And the results are very real as you can see here, from the differences of suburban and urban lives. And some of the photos and sketches really gives you the desire to be part of such projects and communities.
